Dignity is the pride that one is doing something that is benefiting others or belief that they have achieved something very significant. Dignity is the thought that one is part of something bigger than others. Dignity is the belief that one is on par or higher level than others. Most people today have dignity and will not do demeaning things for others like what slaves used to do. Dignity is the will to not bend down to others or accept defeat.
